Professional Insurance, Medical Malpractice Insurance

The Irish Professional Insurance Package includes

  • Medical Malpractice cover of €2,000,000 for each claim on a 'claims occurring' basis

  • Public & Product Liability cover with the same limits but on an aggregate basis

  • Professional Legal Protection including Non-Malicious Libel & Slander

  • Personal Accident (capital benefits only) up to €12,500

  • Full Claims Handling

Underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc, Medical Malpractice Insurance is provided on a 'claims occurring' basis.

The package includes Public & Product Liability Insurance on an aggregate basis, including Non-Malicious Libel & Slander.

Professional Legal Protection, covers legal defence costs at any hearing of your professional/registering body or in a civil court. It also provides for your defense in a criminal court so long as you are able to prove yourself innocent of any charges brought.

Personal Accident Insurance provides €12,500, should you be involved in an accident resulting in death, loss of sight or hearing (in both ears), or any limb.
